Luxury Apartment in Valencia - Close to beach

Positive: Limpieza. Ubicación. Negative: En teoría es un apartamento para 4. La realidad que es un bajo pegado a la calle con una cama y un sofá-cama que todavía me duele la espalda. Al estar tan pegado a la calle se oyen todos los ruidos esteriores . Tuvimos un problema para entrar y nadie nos atendió ni llamando a los teléfonos ni a través del WhatsApp.

Well situated, modern apartment ideal for couples on a city/beach break Positive: Hosts kept us well informed about how to access the property - simple key from a lock box and digital code for the main door. The flat is very nicely and newly done with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy double bed. The location is good for the beach and the 'El Cabanyal' neighbourhood and well linked to the rest of the city by trams, buses and the metro. There are also a couple of good supermarkets within 5 minute's walk - 'Consum' (C/ de l'Arquitecte Alfaro) and 'Mercadona' (C/ de Vicent Brull). We enjoyed the zoo (bioparc), the aquarium (Oceanografique), beach, Turia park, Central Park and the main city center with great architecture, fountains and places to eat! Negative: The property is advertised as for 4 people, I went with my wife and 2 young kids. I knew that one of the beds was a sofa bed and had planned to put the girls in the 'bedroom' and sleep on the sofa bed. In reality, which I'm not sure is clear in the listing, the whole flat is open plan, apart from a door into the bathroom. This meant we had to be fairly quiet until the kids got to sleep. Then the sofabed is not suitable for two grown adults in terms of size and comfort (we ended up moving the kids to it and sleeping in the proper bed!); it's not even that comfy as a sofa. As the listing does mention - there is quite a bit of noise from the trams on the street outside (it's a ground floor flat, opening onto the pavement) - so earplugs could be useful! There could also do with being more space for drying wet towels/costumes - the one small airer provided isn't enough.

Positive: Розташування чудове . Було дуже чисто . Засоби для миття тіла були дуже приємні та з приємним ароматом. Ліжко комфортабельне . Ми залишились задоволені Negative: Не було мітли або пилососа так як жили 4 дні то звісно сміття було на підлозі яке б хотілось би зібрати . Також софа дуже хитка і ось ось зламається
