Very comfortable stay Positive: Very comfortable and good located place. The disctrict is quite, you can easily get to the centre or to the beach with public transport or by walking. The apartment was clean and not noisy at all. We had everything we needed for 9 days stay. We will be staying here every time we'll be visiting Valencia! Negative: The only thing we have noticed was the wet smell from bathroom but I believe it was because of the hot and wet weather, after good ventilation you won't feel it.

Suuuper nice! Positive: I like the strategic position. It’s not too far from the center and from the sea. There are many supermarkets near the apartment. Also it is clean and there are all the accessories in the kitchen and in the bathroom. At the end, the owner is super! Negative: There is some smell in the bathroom, but nothing that cannot be adjusted with some profuma

Positive: Tágas, tiszta, szép szállás, jól felszerelt. Negative: Kellemetlen szag volt a fürdőszobában.

Positive: Monolocale pulito, ordinato, in una posizione comoda per tutti i mezzi: bici, metro o autobus. A pochi passi dallo stadio. Letto comodissimo con Topper. Curato ogni minimo dettaglio. Bagno enorme. Tutto arredato con particolare attenzione e nuovo. La cucina non l'abbiamo utilizzata ma mi sembra che non manchi nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l'aspirapolvere accessibile in casa. Negative: Direi nulla. Per raggiungere il top aggiungerei un armadio chiuso o un altro appendiabiti. C'è un po' di umidità dopo aver fatto le docce ma se si accende il deumidificatore del climatizzatore si risolve. Direi che ha pochissimi difetti questa location.
