Aceptable Positive: El precio Negative: El olor a cloacas, no tenía ventanas.

Positive: Locatia destul de aproape de centru, de unde poti vizita mai mult obiective , locatia dotata cu tot ce trebuie ( fier de calcat, masina de spalat vase / haine, firbatoe, frigider, cuptor ). Pat confortabil, mobila noua . Negative: Locatia e fix langa un bar de karaoke, intrarea in camera propriu zisa se face fix de afara si se aude absolut tot de pe strada mai ales ca oamenii din bar ies sa vorbeasca , fac galagie si se aude absolut tot . ( nu in toate serile a fost asa ) Am primit 2 prosoape pe un sejur de 4 nopti , pe care trebuie sa ti le speli si sa le refolosesti . Curatenia lasa de dorit , era praf peste tot , in strat destul de gros, pe jos la fel .Am fost nevoiti sa stergem noi si sa facem curatenie ca sa putem locui acolo . Lenjeria la fel nu o schimba nimeni , trebuie tu sa o speli eventual .

Next to loud karaoke bar Positive: Although the property has modern fittings and was clean, it was let down by being next to a karaoke bar. Negative: The property is on the ground floor next to a karaoke bar. Music can be heard through the walls until late into the morning. You can also hear people coming and going, and hanging around outside. This was not disclosed by the property in advance.

Prima accommodatie voor een goede prijs. Positive: Mooie, moderne accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand (max 30 min) van alle hotspots. Negative: Naast een karaokebar. Bij het naar huis gaan van mensen kan het enigszins luidruchtig zijn.

Studio increíble pero con ambiente nocturno. Positive: Es tal cual en las fotos. Pequeño pero muy bonito y moderno. Tiene todas las comodidades: cocina con vitrocerámica, horno/microondas, frigorífico, congelador, lavadora/secadora, cafetera, sofá cama, smartTV…) Negative: Es un bajo con la puerta principal en la calle. Está pared con pared con un pub de karaoke y música latina. Durante nuestra estancia apagaron la música a las 3:30am y en la puerta se reunía gente a fumar, hablar y vender comida y flores.
